A corner house with character

This 1930s corner house on Marterstraat sits in a leafy part of Nijmegen, with a generous 327 m² plot and 147 m² of living space. The energy label C means it's reasonably efficient, though some updates may be on the cards. At €795,000, the asking price is 29% above the neighbourhood average of €616,111, so it's on the high side, but then, corner houses with this much garden are rare. For context, end-of-terrace houses in Nijmegen typically command a premium.

Perfect for young families and full of nature and cosy spots.

Very nice, the shops are nearby, it's pleasantly quiet but not silent. There are also a few nice restaurants and the park is an ideal recreational place. There are 2 primary schools and 1 secondary school in my neighbourhood, and the education at all schools is excellent. There are enough bins and the hygiene on the streets is very good. There are many one-way roads, so the neighbourhood is a bit of a maze, but easily accessible via the main roads.

Very nice neighbourhood!

I live with a few friends near Goffertpark. Very pleasant atmosphere in the neighbourhood, with many amenities nearby. Plenty of supermarkets, Goffertbad, shops, schools and coffee shops in the area. Close to the city centre, yet a nice district where I feel welcome as a student among many families and couples.

The home has energy label C. That means it's reasonably energy-efficient, but not top-of-the-line. You can expect moderate heating costs. In Hazenkamp, 29% of homes have label C, while 41% have D or lower, so this home is slightly better than average for the area.

Are there good schools nearby?
