Buurtje.nl collects the complete Dutch housing supply every second. A huge number of sources, from Pararius to the smallest local estate agent, combined into one real-time overview. For sale and for rent.
But we show more than just the home. Because a beautiful house in a bad neighbourhood is not a good deal. That is why every listing also shows the neighbourhood: reviews from real residents about safety, atmosphere and amenities, combined with hard figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS). Subjective experiences and objective data, in one place.

Buurtje.nl starts as a review platform. Residents can rate their neighbourhood on safety, atmosphere and amenities. It fills a gap: no review platform existed specifically for neighbourhoods in the Netherlands.
The platform evolves. Alongside reviews, homes for sale and for rent are now aggregated from thousands of sources. Buurtje.nl becomes an all-in-one platform for home seekers.
On 31 January the mobile app launches with QuickLane™, push notifications and AI-generated responses. 18 updates in seven weeks, and we keep building at full speed.
