Lovely place to grow up, very central

We have a nice group where we organise things with all the families, schools are nearby, shops, station, playgrounds. In short, everything is close by, it's absolutely fine. Few loitering youths or vagrants so safety is good, often the council cleans the neighbourhood, there are several small parks and ditches etc.
