Buurtje.nl has received a major update. Under the bonnet, a lot has changed, and you'll notice the difference on the outside too. Below we run through the most important innovations.
Five times faster
The site has been completely rebuilt and runs on a faster server. Pages load on average five times faster than before. Whether you're looking up a neighbourhood, scrolling through properties or opening a municipality page, it feels instant.
A new way of searching
The search has been redesigned. You'll find what you need faster, whether it's a specific neighbourhood, a municipality, a postcode or a property. The suggestions are smarter and the filters work more intuitively.
Log in and sync with the app
From now on, you can log in to Buurtje.nl. The biggest advantage: your favourites are automatically synchronised with the Buurtje.nl app. If you save a property on your laptop, it will also appear on your phone. And vice versa.
Every property has its own page
Previously, you mainly reached properties via neighbourhoods and districts. Now every property has its own, fixed page. Handy for sharing, finding again or landing directly from a search engine.
View sources per property
Is a property listed on multiple websites at the same time? You can now see this at a glance. Per property, we show all the sources where the listing also appears, so you can compare and choose which party to proceed with.
Quick email response
For properties where an email address is available, you can now send a message directly from the property page. No more detours via another platform, just respond immediately when you see something that appeals to you.
And further
In addition, dozens of bug fixes and small improvements have been made under the hood. The site feels calmer, more consistent and more reliable.
