Boring

There's nothing to do. Everything is super expensive in the shops. There's a doctor, pharmacy and bakery. But there's nothing for teenagers to do. Only the spot (cafe), football field, cafe. No activities or workshops for 18 years and older. The street is well lit but behind our house there's an alley and you can't see anything at all. There are a lot of drunk people. There are no neighbourhood parties. Neighbours make a lot of noise at 3am.

About De Klamp 30, Erica

Is €285,000 a fair price for this house?

The asking price of €285,000 is 41% below the neighbourhood average of €485,100, but the house is also 57% smaller than the average (92 m² vs 216 m²). Recently sold homes in the area went for an average of €376,329. Given the size and condition, the price is in line with what you'd expect for a compact end-of-terrace house in Erica.

What is the energy label and what does it mean?

The energy label is C, which is average for a house built in 1983. In the neighbourhood, 60% of homes have label C, so this is typical. You can expect reasonable energy costs, but not as low as a modern A-rated home.

How far is the nearest train station?

What schools are nearby?

Three primary schools are within a ten-minute walk: De Brummelbos (521 m), De Anbrenge (708 m), and Willem Alexander (818 m). Secondary schools are about 5.5 km away, so a commute is needed.

How is the public transport in Erica?
