Cosy neighbourhood but not enough green

I think it's a nice, liveable neighbourhood with enough amenities like schools and supermarkets nearby. Also plenty of playgrounds for the children. Unfortunately, there are many shady types at night and regular attempted burglaries. I would also have liked to see a bit more greenery. The joint neighbourhood watch is well organised though.
