Nice neighbourhood with lovely people

We have a nice neighbourhood, plenty of space for children to play, with fun playgrounds right in front of the house and some larger playgrounds within walking distance, little car traffic which makes it safe and has always made it a pleasant place to play, nowadays many fewer children and many older people. Most neighbours are very friendly but there is little contact, many closed-off people, but they are still very friendly when you greet them when you run into them. I myself would like it if we worked a bit more on the mutual bond, more neighbourhood barbecues etc., to see and talk to each other more. Otherwise a great place to have grown up and in times of need I have felt support.

How large is the plot and what can I do with it?

Is the house in good condition?

The listing states the year of construction is 1974 and the energy label is D, but it does not provide details on the condition of the roof, installations, or interior. For a full picture, you would need to view the property or request a survey.
