A nice neighbourhood and a safe environment

I moved here almost 11 years ago and I really feel at home here, everyone cares about each other and the roads are cleaned here every day with a street sweeper. There is a beautiful green environment here, there is plenty of housing available and there is enough education here.

Cosy

Simple village life with peace and cosiness. It lies between the flatlands and away from big cities. Accessibility is therefore not necessarily optimal and the number of facilities is limited.

Nice street with beautiful houses but lack of amenities and little to do for the youth.

A green neighbourhood

A beautiful neighbourhood with lots of greenery. A downside is the many dogs and consequently a lot of dog poop.

The home has an energy label C, which means moderate energy costs. Without comparable sales in the immediate neighbourhood, it's hard to say if it's a bargain, but it's not overpriced for the area.

What is the neighbourhood like?

Puttershoek Woonkern is a quiet village with a strong sense of community. Residents appreciate the safety and green surroundings, but note that amenities are limited and there's little for young people to do. The population is a mix of families and older residents, and the streets are kept clean.

What is the energy label and what does it mean?

The home has energy label C, which is average for a house built in 1973. You can expect moderate energy bills, but it's not as efficient as a modern home. Improvements like better insulation could lower costs.

Is there a garden?

The listing does not specify the layout, but a corner house of this size usually has outdoor space on at least two sides.
