When I had an accident, people took care of me and the dogs for 1.5 years! And people still look after each other in the neighbourhood

From the moment I came to live here I have felt safe, I came from Amsterdam but this neighbourhood is beautiful, very green, all amenities for every age, involvement with each other, the only thing I miss are rubbish bins, but I see improvement coming in that regard.

Super nice and cosy neighbourhood

There is involvement with each other, there is a community centre where many things happen and people come. In our neighbourhood there is loneliness, but quite a lot is organised and people are looked after who are stuck at home and can no longer leave the house. I feel very much at home here, it is wonderfully quiet in this neighbourhood, a huge difference from Amsterdam where I lived for 30 years, I would not want to go back.

A lot is being done but people are fairly to themselves, more communal things could be done in the courtyard where I live but people are not so much into taking initiative. There is a community centre where a lot happens and nice encounters take place.
