M. de Bruyn describes it aptly: "We live in a beautiful neighbourhood with quite a bit of green and water around us." The housing stock mainly consists of ground-level homes, terraced houses and detached houses from the 1970s and 1980s, supplemented by newer expansions. Is renting in Lopik-Dorp right for you?

Lopik-Dorp mainly attracts families and people in the middle and older age categories who consciously choose peace, space and a green living environment. Starters who want to rent a home in Lopik-Dorp notice that the supply in the private sector is small: only a handful of homes are offered for rent per year. The average rent of €671 per month for a home of an average 42 m² is affordable in itself, but the small surface areas mean this segment is mainly suitable for one- or two-person households. We live in a beautiful neighbourhood with quite a bit of greenery and water around us.

I live here well and beautifully. Although the sense of community used to be better. And back then activities were still organised. I think that should be picked up again. Many people lack the enthusiasm to organise something. Who knows, we might be able to make something nice of it in the future.
