Good neighbourhood, only the cars often drive too fast through the street and there is too little parking space.

Lingebuurt is a quiet, safe neighbourhood, especially because it is peaceful. The people are friendly and happy to help you. There is plenty of choice in housing. Close to this neighbourhood there is plenty to do, including shopping, playing, school, nature walks. So it is a nice neighbourhood to live in as a family, but also on your own.

Lingebuurt is a quiet neighbourhood where you can find everything. The neighbourhood is also very close to a supermarket, restaurant and schools (secondary and primary). The people who live there are often very friendly and happy to help you. Near Lingebuurt there is also public transport and a village (Elst) where you can find Theatre De KiK. Theatre De KiK is personally my favourite, because it is not too big and there is a lot to do, including music/dance lessons, performances, shows and youth projects. In summary, I think Lingebuurt is a very nice place to live, because everything is close by.

I live in a very quiet neighbourhood, but because of that it's VERY QUIET while I would like to be able to do more things, there's almost nothing and I do find that a shame. And then it is understandable in itself, because I live in a small village, but still it's a shame.

For us, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the village, we have the Albert Heijn less than 5 minutes away. Around the corner we have a baker and a GP, and for the children the playground is between the houses. Ideal. The gym is also just around the corner. And the bus connection is fine. You're in Arnhem or Nijmegen within half an hour.
