Terraced houses for rent in Rijssen-Holten

We have cosy, helpful neighbours. There's always a friendly chat on the street or we have a drink in the front garden in the evening. If someone needs help, we're there for each other. Just a nice neighbourhood to live in. Everyone maintains their home and garden well, it looks tidy. There's a baker in the neighbourhood, a physiotherapy practice, a dentist, 2 church communities and 2 primary schools. However, we do notice that the municipality often pays more attention to newer neighbourhoods. Think of the planting and paving in residential areas, which could do with a makeover. The streets are accessible and within 5 minutes you're at a bus stop.

Very good, nice neighbours and good education. Also not far from the centre.

Cosy neighbourhood. We are there for each other when needed. Near the centre, near the park/forest and close to the motorway. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of parking spaces. It's a home zone. Football pitch and playground in the neighbourhood.

We don't see each other much, but when needed, everyone is there for you. In summer, chatting sociably for those who want. Not a busy street (home zone).

Super nice neighbourhood

Supermarket, petrol station, bike repair shop and physio nearby! Also not too far to cycle to the city centre. The only downside is that people sometimes still drive fast through the small streets. There is some greenery in the streets but the maintenance of it could really be much better.

Our neighbourhood is cosy. I just want to make one comment: we feel that more maintenance goes to the new neighbourhoods in our municipality than to our neighbourhood. Weeds are overgrown and in terms of greenery it's more dead than cosy and beautiful.
