Rental homes in Sluisdijk, Den Helder

I moved here just over a year ago. At first I experienced it as a friendly working-class neighbourhood. But in the last six months we've been terrorised by dealers and junkies, firecracker bombs in the underground bins, firecracker bombs at doors in the middle of the night, firecracker bombs in the middle of the street in broad daylight, car break-ins, vandalism, you no longer feel safe on the street in the evening when it gets dark, children are not allowed to play outside by their parents because the junkies are hanging around everywhere, and it seems to us as a neighbourhood as if the municipality and police/enforcement are doing nothing about it. The only thing enforcement does here is write fines for illegally parked cars, and thus harass the hardworking citizen, instead of maintaining safety in this area.
