Rental homes in Stiphout, Helmond

A neighbourhood where it's pleasant to live and where most people are kind and interactions with each other are very agreeable. We don't visit each other's homes much, but we help each other when needed. However, you do notice that especially newcomers fence off the municipal land in front of their houses with posts, even though everyone here has more than enough land. This repeatedly leads to dangerous/unsafe situations with cars/cyclists, and there should be more control from the municipality. The latest example is Geeneind 12. It's only a matter of time before another accident happens because cars can't swerve.

A pleasant neighbourhood with a lot of litter. It is close to a supermarket, school and perfect distance for a sport like football or hockey. Safety is good in the neighbourhood, sometimes something happens that makes you wonder, but otherwise nothing to worry about. You can get across all of Helmond in half an hour, so you actually live in the perfect spot. Hygiene is quite poor, due to all the litter scattered around the streets. As a result, green spaces also got a failing grade.
