The neighbourhood itself is fine, the houses are fine. The municipality could do more with greenery, so remove weeds and add more greenery, in terms of plants and shrubs. The municipality should set a maximum on room rentals on a street, in proportion to the houses, so for example a maximum of two on a short street, like on ours where it's already over the limit. Furthermore, nowadays it's a decent neighbourhood, only unfortunately too much social housing on such a short stretch. In terms of safety prevention, the municipality falls short for a neighbourhood so close to the centre, and the municipality could also do something about the street paving.

There's always something fun to do and all the supermarkets nearby and not far from the city, those are advantages.
