Rental homes in Zeeheldenbuurt, Delft

We do have some contact with a few neighbours but otherwise there is no sense of community as far as I know. It is quiet, no bikes stolen, and a very nice location and good rent. By car, it is unclear with navigation for people who are not from Delft.

I've been living in the Zeeheldenbuurt for four years now, and I really like it. When you cycle from the city centre or the station, you go from busy and chaotic to very quiet. I live there as a student, and although we never have any problems with the neighbours, I can imagine that this could be annoying for residents in other neighbourhoods. There aren't many green spaces. There are a few small parks within walking/cycling distance.
