Absolutely fine

I've lived here my whole life. The only thing that really disturbs the living pleasure is those screeching seagulls. Sometimes there are strange people walking past with pubs, but there are many positive things like accessibility by public transport and amenities. It's safe enough, sometimes exciting but that's because of drunk people. Waste is separated and bins are cleaned regularly. Housing, there is plenty of space. For education, there are primary schools and vocational schools. For higher professional education I have to travel, but the station is within walking distance.
