Wittevrouwenveld

Wittevrouwenveld is a lively, urban neighbourhood east of Maastricht's centre. Based on two reviews, residents appreciate having everything they need close by. One resident says: "It's a nice neighbourhood to live in. The only pity is that nothing has been created for children on the square. Otherwise, we have everything we need in the neighbourhood. GP, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. It's just a short walk to the centre." Another describes it as a "cosy and fun neighbourhood." The area is densely built, with many single-person households and a mix of ages. For more context, see the Wittevrouwenveld neighbourhood.

Life on the street

Frankenstraat is a residential street in a neighbourhood where daily errands are easy. For groceries, Jumbo is on your doorstep, Albert Heijn is just around the corner, and AH to go is a ten-minute walk. For primary schools, KKC De Loper is a five-minute walk away, and Kindcentrum Mosasaurus is also within walking distance. Fine

It's a nice neighbourhood to live in. The only pity is that nothing has been created for children on the square. Otherwise, we have everything we need in the neighbourhood. GP, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. It's just a short walk to the centre. But I find it terrible that, especially in summer, the council only collects the bins every other week.
