We have a very nice street, neighbours look out for each other and help each other when needed. I should add that we are all the first residents, so we know each other. It's just a shame that there is no greenery and there are still houses in the area that are in dire need of a major overhaul. As for greenery, it's poverty stricken in the neighbourhood, and there is little for children. There are a few trees on the street, that's it.

About Watergeusstraat 31A, Rotterdam
The asking price of €215,000 is 51% below the average asking price in Bospolder (€440,241). That's partly because the home is a compact studio of 35 m², while the neighbourhood average floor area is 91 m². Given the size and the energy label C, the price is in line with what you'd expect for a small studio in this area.
The energy label is C, which is average for a home of this age (built in 1910). It means the home is reasonably efficient but not super-insulated. You can expect moderate energy costs, but nothing extreme.
