This mid-terrace house on Vogelwikke sits in a peaceful residential area of Bennekom, a village with a friendly, green character. With 98 m² of living space on a 120 m² plot, it's a compact but well-laid-out home from 1990, with energy label A keeping running costs low. The asking price of €419,000 is on the high side compared to the neighbourhood average of €1,100,000, but that average is based on just one other listing, a much larger home. A beautiful, cosy neighbourhood

There is quite a lot of litter in the neighbourhood; as far as I'm concerned, they could put more bins. There are many primary schools in the neighbourhood and also a few secondary schools nearby. There are also quite a few playgrounds and such in the area. It's just a shame that there are a lot of renovations going on in the neighbourhood.
