This is a busy, central neighbourhood dominated by the station and trade fair complex. The one resident review sums it up: "Busy but because the apartment is high up you hardly notice it!" They appreciate the excellent amenities and public transport but note it's not car-friendly and can feel unsafe late at night due to homeless people. The area has a very high address density (5,225 per km²) and is mostly young adults aged 25-45. It's a place for those who want everything on their doorstep, not for peace and quiet. In terms of amenities it's wonderful to live in the centre, but it's also very busy and not accessible by car. Public transport is excellent. I never feel comfortable walking alone late at night because of all the homeless people and creepy individuals. There should be much more green space in the centre for my liking. It could be so much better. We do have a very nice green courtyard at the apartment complex.
