I've been living here for about 8 years, nothing special happens here. The funniest thing is near my building there is a junction where people can go right or left, and in the past 4 months alone there have been 3 accidents, so hopefully they'll do something about the street here. As for education, there are only one or two primary schools in the neighbourhood, no secondary school except one that only offers VMBO?? I really don't understand why they do that. And it would be very liveable if they laid tram lines between the colleges/universities and here, because I go to The Hague 4 days a week and I have to walk all the way to tram 9 and then on the way back I also have to walk all the way back.

About Wezelrade 75A, 'S-Gravenhage
The asking price of €275,000 is 36% below the average asking price in the neighbourhood (€431,690). Given that the average sold price in the area is €413,575 and the median asking price is €445,000, this apartment is priced well below typical market levels. The floor area of 78 m² is slightly smaller than the neighbourhood average of 90 m², but the price per m² works out to about €3,526, which is significantly lower than the neighbourhood average of €4,753 per m².
The apartment has an energy label C, which is average for a home of this age (built in 1961). In the neighbourhood, about 9.4% of homes have label C, while over half have label A or better. Label C means the home is reasonably efficient but not top-tier, so heating costs will be moderate. You can expect to pay typical utility bills for a flat of this size.
The nearest train station is 5.2 km away, so it's not within walking distance. You would need to take a bus or tram to reach it. The area is better served by tram lines for getting into The Hague city centre.
Based on two reviews, residents describe the neighbourhood as having social cohesion and being generally good. One resident mentions that nothing special happens, but notes a problematic junction where accidents occur. The area has a mix of families and singles, with many flats. It's a lively urban neighbourhood where people know each other.
There are several primary schools within a ten-minute walk, including WSKO Basisschool De Hofvilla (about 2.5 km away) and Protestants Christelijke Basisschool Pieter van der Plas School (about 2.8 km away). For secondary education, the nearest school is about 1.1 km away, but options are limited, one resident notes only a VMBO school in the area.
Daily shopping is convenient. Jumbo supermarket is just around the corner (446 m), and Albert Heijn and Lidl are a couple of streets away (548 m and 599 m respectively). There are also several other supermarkets within a kilometre. For other amenities, restaurants and a library are about a five-minute walk away.
The neighbourhood has a total of 668 reported crimes, but without a per capita figure it's hard to compare. One resident mentions that nothing special happens, though they note three accidents at a nearby junction in four months. The area is densely populated and urban, so typical city precautions apply.
Public transport is available, but the nearest train station is 5.2 km away. The area is served by tram lines, one resident mentions having to walk to tram 9 to get to The Hague. Bus stops are likely nearby as well, given the urban density. For getting around without a car, trams are the main option.
