I think Zandevelt is a nice neighbourhood to live in. It's reasonably quiet here and we still enjoy it. Downside is that more and more people are walking around who don't think it's necessary to clean up dog poop. There's also someone walking around who feels the need to throw half-eaten mandarins everywhere, preferably in other people's gardens and verges.
