I do think the neighbourhood is going downhill, but the street where I live is still great. Nice neighbours. The shops are good. Public transport is also good. Beautiful green forest in the area.

There is too much concentration of problem families in certain blocks of flats or apartment complexes. Senior housing in the middle of the neighbourhoods is no longer used for that purpose. Now families/refugees? live there. There is no information provided to residents about why and how certain decisions are made. The park is now being completely renovated, but the greenery in the streets is not well maintained, just like the paving itself. There is a big difference in how the various streets look. The Boskern offers a wide range of activities, but they struggle to reach the people. In terms of facilities, there is enough on offer: GP practice, shops, schools, etc. The buses are easily accessible. The neighbourhood is reasonably green, but poorly maintained. The bring parks are dirty and people put things there that are meant for bulky waste. I have lived here for 40 years but feel no sense of community with the neighbourhood.
