Safe neighbourhood with all amenities

It's a cosy neighbourhood with plenty of amenities. There is little to no nuisance and I feel safe. The only thing I miss is more nature within walking distance and perhaps a restaurant or terrace to sit at. Otherwise, everything is nearby. If I want to walk in nature now, it's a short walk or we have to drive to a place by car.
