In summer, you often see neighbours chatting outside or barbecuing together, and in winter, lights burn in the windows that make the streetscape warm and inviting. As for amenities, it's also good. There is a supermarket within walking distance and several, as mentioned, playgrounds and parks. What I also really appreciate is the accessibility: by bike you are in the city centre in no time, public transport runs frequently, and by car you are on the motorway within a few minutes. In short, it is a neighbourhood where you quickly feel at home – lively, friendly, and with everything within reach.

The neighbourhood makes an effort to keep the streets tidy. Neighbours regularly talk to each other and often visit each other's homes. Every now and then there are small house parties where neighbours come together for a drink under the guise of a football match or an F1 race.
