Waalwijk is very quiet, sometimes too quiet. Although you often have burglaries or sometimes a robbery, not much happens to the ordinary citizen and it is certainly not unsafe to go out with your family even in the evening. One thing that needs to change is that it is too quiet. There are no parties for young people anywhere in Waalwijk, while you certainly long for that during your teenage years.

It is a nicely located neighbourhood surrounded by relatively many farms. Nice natural area around the houses. Sometimes just some nuisance from the street due to vehicles driving too fast or being too noisy. (Tractors, motorbikes, trucks). It is very clean. The community is very sociable and easy to find. In terms of accessibility, it is easy because it is a fairly large street that is about 1.5 km from the motorway. For secondary education, you are soon a bit further away. For colleges and universities, you are also soon at 25 km.
