0 homes for sale in Amsterdamse Poort, Amsterdam

Lots to do and experience, and many different cultures come together here. Unfortunately, the gap between rich and poor is hugely noticeable, and gentrification is increasing due to rising rents and a lack of housing in other parts of Amsterdam. A lot of theft, vandalism, and general dirt on the streets, etc. Hopefully it will get better for everyone over time.

Very vibrant cultural community that is expanding and reviving. Unfortunately, it has been stigmatised for too long, resulting in petty crime (theft, dumping waste...) and undesirable behaviour being common.
