The nice thing about the neighbourhood is that there are many shops nearby. In addition, a number of things have been improved recently, such as more greenery in the area and the demolition of very old houses. But there is often a lot of rubbish on the street, which attracts many rats. I see them regularly. Also, there is quite often a lot of noise in the street, for example scooters constantly racing back and forth along the Rembrandtlaan. Furthermore, I don't always feel safe because there are often people 'hanging around' on the street that I don't feel very comfortable with, for example because they seem tipsy/drunk. Also, the drainage in the area is not very good. When it has rained, large puddles immediately form on the street. The pavement on the Rembrandtlaan is also very poor: many tiles are loose.

It is a quiet neighbourhood. The motorway is easily accessible and the city centre is a 10-minute drive away. Also good connections with public transport.
