Pleasant neighbourhood within walking distance of the bustling city centre

I think it's a nice neighbourhood to live in. It's quiet, yet you're within a 5-minute walk of the city centre or Noordeplantsoen. However, I think it's more of a neighbourhood for students or couples. I wouldn't raise my children here. It's too busy for that!
