It's a nice neighbourhood. You're in the centre of Houten in no time, but you can also easily get to Utrecht, Den Bosch, etc. by train and car. Furthermore, there is a lot of nature nearby and around the house, which I really appreciate. There are also many schools in Houten or near Houten. Another advantage is that there are no large apartment blocks and all the houses match each other well. A downside is that in general there have been many (attempted) burglaries in Houten lately.
