Great place to live

It's a nice, cosy neighbourhood where you can live well. The city centre is within walking distance. There are few shops, the centre is not busy but fine for a smaller city. Housing is a big problem, there are hardly any houses and when they are available, they are unaffordable. Otherwise, great place to live.
