It has also caused the sense of community and contact with neighbours to disappear." Although the homes have been renovated, not to full satisfaction. It has also caused the sense of community and contact with neighbours to disappear. Previously, you could sit comfortably on the gallery on nice days, but due to the renovation, the galleries are a good 25 cm narrower, so sitting outside is no longer an option. There is a balcony at the rear, but with warmer temperatures it is unbearable there. Some activities are organised, but residents are no longer interested because vandalism has regularly occurred. The older youth are bored and that leaves traces. There are also frequent illegal activities. A real shame for a beautiful neighbourhood.

About Ebadstraat 6, Beek (Li)

Is €325,000 a fair price for this terraced house?

The asking price of €325,000 is 21% below the average asking price in Beek (€412,831). However, the home is also 38% smaller than the neighbourhood average (89 m² vs 144 m²). Given the size and the condition described in the neighbourhood review, the price seems in line with the market.
