A new-build apartment in the heart of Utrecht

This brand-new apartment on the Hoola van Nootenstraat sits high up in a modern complex, offering a quiet retreat above the city bustle. At 58 m², it's compact but efficient, with an A+ energy label keeping running costs low. The asking price of €530,000 is keen compared to the neighbourhood average of €839,182, partly because the home is smaller than the local norm. For context, apartments in Utrecht vary widely in size and price.

The Hoog-Catharijne NS en Jaarbeurs neighbourhood

This is Utrecht's central station area, busy, convenient, and packed with amenities. One resident sums it up: "In terms of amenities it's wonderful to live in the centre, but it's also very busy and not accessible by car. Public transport is excellent." Busy but because the apartment is high up you hardly notice it!

In terms of amenities it's wonderful to live in the centre, but it's also very busy and not accessible by car. Public transport is excellent. I never feel comfortable walking alone late at night because of all the homeless people and creepy individuals. There should be much more green space in the centre for my liking. It could be so much better. We do have a very nice green courtyard at the apartment complex.
