How the list was compiled and updated
Based on the
Safety Monitor 2023 from Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and data from the
Almere Safety Monitor (Almere Inzicht), we looked at the neighbourhoods in the municipality of Almere where residents feel safest. In addition, we looked at a more individual level at the ratings people give about their neighbourhood on our site. Based on this mix, we can make a good estimate of how satisfied people generally are with their neighbourhood and, in this case, more specifically focused on safety.
