Wij hebben de makelaar als zeer kundige en transparant ervaren. Een erg prettige partij om de taxatie door uit te laten voeren.Bovenstaande makelaar probeert een woning in ons appartementencomplex te verkopen tegen de regels in van de VvE en onderlinge afspraken. Schandalig deze verkooptrucs om zo winstpercentages op te strijken.We hadden al goede ervaringen bij een vrijblijvende waarde bepaling van het huis anderhalf jaar geleden, daarom ook de verkoop laten doen , en een en ander verliep prima. Hij had veel geduld met ons (omdat we veel uitzoekwerk hadden het ouderlijk huis ) en heeft goede adviezen gegeven. We wilden …Het contact liep heel prettig met de makelaar.
