Semi-detached houses for rent in Geertruidenberg

We know most of the people who live in our neighbourhood. We greet each other when we meet. During festivities, almost all of us are present. The beautiful market with its stately houses and the large square are very cosy when the terraces are set out in summer. We have many activities for outsiders too. And the Biesbosch is nearby. In short, I love my little town.

It's a quiet neighbourhood where little happens. There is only 1 supermarket, and the market that was once very lively is now very quiet. You don't come here for the liveliness anymore.. a quiet neighbourhood though. Most neighbours are also very polite and always have a chat. In Geertruidenberg there are many anti-squat buildings, but this doesn't help with housing; in Raamsdonksveer, also municipality of Geertruidenberg, they are more involved with that. Facilities are insufficient, housing is being worked on in the municipality of Geertruidenberg.

Safe neighbourhood with little traffic

A wide variety of people live here, from young families to the elderly. House prices are on the expensive side, but you're ideally located in the village, 5 km away is Oosterhout on one side, Hank and Dussen on the other, and you're within walking distance of the oldest city in the Netherlands (Geertruidenberg). The people are friendly, as in most villages in Brabant, and there's quite a lot to do in the neighbourhood. You can get everywhere by scooter or bike.

You can practically leave your bike unlocked here, with nice neighbours who want to help each other and a safe street.

It's probably more about the people who live there than the neighbourhood itself, but there are a lot of loitering youths / a lot of nuisance
