The neighbourhood is always very quiet and borders beautiful meadows. It's a neighbourhood where many people take a walk with their dogs and children in the evening. There are good schools in the area and crime is very low here. Additionally, there is a snack bar and a supermarket around the corner if you need to quickly grab something.

This neighbourhood is one of the most beautiful in the area, it's gorgeous. The people are friendly but keep to themselves. Unfortunately, there are no neighbourhood activities like barbecues or parties. The neighbourhood group chat is active, which gives a sense of trust. The residents are relatively old, there are few children, which can be difficult as a family. But luckily there are a few exceptions. The neighbourhood is kept very tidy and it's very hygienic. There are very few amenities; you often have to leave the neighbourhood for them. For example, there is no school, pharmacy/GP/dentist or supermarket. There is one large playing field. The neighbourhood is relatively far from the centre but easily accessible. The neighbourhood feels safe apart from the occasional burglary every now and then. But that's to be expected since it's a relatively high-income neighbourhood. The surroundings are also beautiful, with the Belmonte Arboretum, the woods and the floodplains.

So far no trouble in the neighbourhood, lived here peacefully my whole life. Friendly neighbours and a green environment.

Nice neighbourhood, friendly helpful neighbours, barber, flower shop, bike shop, snack bar, everything at hand.

People help each other and are there for each other, social. Bus stops and bus station nearby, various shops and schools in the area. Unfortunately, bulky waste, rubble and other rubbish are often left in alleys. Municipal maintenance of green spaces also leaves something to be desired.
