A super nice green neighbourhood

I think Baalder is really great, best neighbourhood ever. Safety is fine, except for the occasional fireworks. The community is cosy, sometimes a bit chavvy. Hygiene is fine. Housing is good. Education is super good, with 2 primary schools in the neighbourhood and a secondary school 2 kilometres away. And it's super green with lots of trees.
