I get along well with a lot of people

Very quiet, hardly anyone outside, annoying

Well, you have nice people on the street and also less nice ones

I don't find it as cosy as when we first moved here

We have lived here happily for 45 years, only the new people should be a bit more friendly.

My experience is that I think cosiness is the most important thing, but that's gone. I'm always outside, but the people on the street are all to themselves. You hardly see any children outside, which I think is a shame. I'm always busy around the house removing weeds, but the young people let everything grow. Too bad, that doesn't make the neighbourhood any prettier. I'm at home all day because I'm ill and on disability, but I do keep things tidy around the house.

I have people I talk to a lot and some I don't talk to, they never say anything. I'm sick and stay home all day, so a bit of conversation would be nice.
