Enchantingly quiet, but sometimes too deserted

It's a beautiful and green neighbourhood, with nature that truly enchants you. Yet sometimes it can feel too quiet and isolated. The neighbourhood is connected to the rest of the city by only two roads. When the bridge 'De Binding' is closed, only one route remains to civilisation — which regularly leads to traffic jams.
