Rental homes in Vaassen, Epe

I haven't lived here very long yet, but so far I'm very satisfied with the neighbourhood and it's nice and quiet and there's also plenty to do. I'm very happy with it.

It's a nice neighbourhood with lots of people, especially recently many young families have moved in, which is also nice. In the neighbourhood, the two nearest amenities are both primary schools. There are many children in the area, so that's better. I personally haven't experienced any negative things in this neighbourhood per se, because the people are just friendly and nice. Sometimes a little squabble with your neighbour, but you sort that out quickly. There isn't much greenery in the neighbourhood itself, but if you go a bit further away, there is quite a lot of green. Safe neighbourhood that is really good for children and it's also very clean here. New apartments are being built and there are houses available on the street where I live.

People aren't worth looking after

We live on a street with 16 houses. We have a WhatsApp group; if something happens, the neighbourhood is ready to help. Once a year we have a neighbourhood BBQ. If there is an event, we look after each other. For example, if someone is in hospital, the neighbours from left and right of the house will get a bunch of flowers, but first they go door to door to collect money. It's nice and healthy and pleasant to live here. At the end of the road there is a playground for children, and 5 minutes from home you are in the woods.

I live in the centre with shops, doctor and pharmacy within a few metres. Something is often organised by the entrepreneurs. There are many associations, something for everyone. And fortunately a lot is being built now, also in the centre, so that our village stays lively. In short, our neighbourhood is nice and quiet and safe and within a few minutes you are in beautiful nature. Accessibility is fine if you come by car and parking is free everywhere. And what is also important for good accessibility is the good bus connection.

It's nice to live in this neighbourhood because it's very child-friendly. There are 2 primary schools nearby (less than 1km almost) and a fairly large playground, and there are also many sports clubs. However, there are no secondary schools in the area; you usually have to cycle more than 7 km for the nearest one. There are also shops nearby, about a 7-minute bike ride away. This neighbourhood is quite clean and the people here are quite friendly, no trouble or anything. It's also just safe here, never experienced anything bad and I've been living here for 13 years.
