Old people and central (close to station)

There are a lot of old people living here, in this row only two families where everyone is under 60. That is often quite boring, but it is central. It's about ten minutes by bike to the city centre and it's a five-minute walk to the station, which is very nice. I give my neighbourhood a 7/10.
