Fijne organisatie. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen taken en je wordt super op de hoogte gehouden van de volgende stap in het proces door middel van een app of mail. Allemaal heel duidelijk.Van het begin af aan prettig contact gehad. Ze hebben de woning binnen 14 dagen met groot succes verkocht. Waar ik steeds stress had nam Laura dit meteen weg. Dus voor mij is C&R een grote aanrader.We vonden het erg spannend om ons huis te koop te zetten en op zoek te gaan naar een nieuwe woning. Dankzij C&R kijken we nu terug op een proces waar we alleen maar enorm tevreden over kunnen zijn! Coen hield ons goed op de hoogte tijdens het verkoopproces, wat erg prettig was. Daarna vonden we ook …Fijne makelaar om mee samen te werken. In de aanloop naar de verkoop is ons wel een veel hogere opbrengst voorgehouden dan we uiteindelijk hebben kunnen vragen en uitonderhandelen, dus dat viel een beetje tegen. Maar qua service, kennis van de markt en communicatie zijn ze top!Alles verliep goed en deskundig. Ook waren ze aardig en als je vragen had kreeg je netjes antwoord en ze hielpen waar nodig, ze weten waar ze het over hebben. Ik zou ze zeker aanraden voor aankoop en verkoop van jullie huis of toekomstige huis.Verkoop makelaar Dieuwertje vonden we erg goed.
