Ons huis is binnen 2 weken verkocht, wat zeer positief was. De voorgestelde vraagprijs was erg voorzichtig, maar we stonden erop dat die hoger zou worden, waarna het is aangepast. We hebben de plattegrond moeten laten corrigeren, maar verder was de advertentie op Funda prima. Bij de oplevering heb …Heiko was heel vriendelijk, maar als aankoopmakelaar hadden we veel meer hulp verwacht. Hij liet ons (op 1 na) alleen huizen zien die hij zelf verkocht. En in dat geval kan hij niet optreden als aankoopmakelaar en zouden we dus alsnog advies van iemand anders moeten inwinnen. Ook moesten we steeds …Madelon en Heiko hebben ons fantastisch begeleid met de verkoop van ons huis.
