End-of-terrace houses for sale in Gulpen-Wittem

Do you live remotely? No. There is an excellent bus connection to Gulpen and Maastricht (including the hospital). No more school in Slenaken, but within 5 to 10 minutes by car there are several options. Limited choice of shops, soon you'll have to go by car. The local baker in Slenaken is wonderful! Beautiful nature where you can walk. Disadvantage? Ageing population, few homes for starters, so the young people are leaving.

Reasonable. As I said, pavements are no longer maintained as well as they were years ago.

When I walk through the neighbourhood in the evening, I never feel unsafe, and the streets and pavements are well-maintained. There's also a lot of greenery in the area.

Lovely to be a resident, great for recreation, very close and friendly community, helpful and ... many more plus points.

A lot of nuisance from the beaver. 3 big holes in my hedge, called the water board, they do nothing, this is not fun at all!

A wonderfully quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views and great walking routes. In total 4 different bus connections and a bustling shopping centre 2.8 km away. In short, almost everything you would expect from the Heuvelland. Thanks to the spacious cycle and footpaths, the area is extremely suitable for group tours. With a community centre, monastery centre, churches, restaurants and a police station nearby, this neighbourhood is safe and lively. Along the walking routes that extend to, among others, the viewpoint on the Gulperberg, there are enough rubbish bins to keep everything nice and clean. With a primary school, special needs school and secondary school nearby, the area is ideal for families.

We get together occasionally. When there are people who have been married for 50 years, the neighbourhood decorates. And there have been quite a few.
