Cosy safe neighbourhood

When we first moved here, we immediately felt at home, and it's all very safe and we never really have any trouble. Only now for the past year they've been completely relaying the streets and sewers I think, which is very annoying because half the time the neighbourhood is completely closed off and it's all taking forever.
