14 homes for sale in Oude Molenbuurt, Assen

A lot has been renovated and it's now an excellent neighbourhood, although there is little police presence so there are dealers regularly, but they don't necessarily cause trouble. Poor contact with the neighbours, but they all seem like sourpusses to me so I don't know if that's a minus or a plus. There is a lot of greenery in the neighbourhood and the canal is nearby. The city centre is about 100 metres away and there are some shops in the neighbourhood itself. Accessibility and traffic safety are fine in most respects, but the schools in the area are all Christian, so for a public school I had to cycle a bit further.
