The streets are spacious, there is plenty of greenery in the immediate vicinity, and the housing stock largely consists of 1980s terraced houses and semi-detached houses with front and back gardens. It is not a neighbourhood that stands out for architectural features, but rather for the peace and order that many residents appreciate.

One resident describes it aptly: "It feels cosy like a village, we keep it clean and have nice neighbours." That village-like atmosphere in the middle of the city is perhaps the most characteristic feature of this neighbourhood. No nuisance, no loud music at night, and neighbours who know each other. That picture is confirmed by the resident score of 7.8 out of 10, with highlights for safety (9.0) and greenery (8.0).

Cosy feels like a village, we keep it clean and nice neighbours

I have a trusted experience with this neighbourhood. It's cosy but also wonderfully quiet. No nuisance or loud music. It's very clean here and many families live here. I really enjoy living here, where you're not quite in the city but still central enough to get places. We also have a shopping centre with plenty of choice in shops! There are more children living here, so I can't comment on education. It's a very safe, child-friendly neighbourhood with playgrounds for the kids!
