Homes for sale in Stadsweiden, Harderwijk

It is a pleasant neighbourhood with affordable homes. The price/quality ratio is good. However, there is some litter, especially around the waste containers. The neighbourhood is close to a beautiful lake where it's nice to spend time and a 10-minute walk from the city centre. It's nice living here! It is a green neighbourhood, surrounded by trees and shrubs. There are three excellent schools a 2-minute walk away. A shopping centre with a bakery, chemist and supermarket is a 7-minute walk away.

Many families with children, quiet and safe. No through traffic to or from the city centre, so very quiet after 10 PM. Boulevard and beaches are within a 10-minute bike ride, as is the beautiful and cosy city centre. Schools, supermarkets, GP, dentist, train station, hospital: all reachable within 10 minutes by bike.

I've been living in this neighbourhood for 2 years now and what I appreciate most is that it's very lively around here. I like that much more than I expected. It has also made me think about moving to a bigger city in the (distant) future to have even more life around me. It's a very nice neighbourhood where I live and the people in the area are friendly and greet you on the street. It's a clean neighbourhood because I never see any rubbish lying around. Green spaces could be a bit better but it's reasonable. The neighbourhood is easy to reach, only the street in front of my building is a one-way street and that's a bit of a downside. Because if I need to go the other way, I have to take a detour first and that's a shame. Other than that, a top location and I'm extremely happy that I found a home here. I also didn't know that Harderwijk was such a lively city before I came to live here, but in the summer months I always hear music and fun coming from the city. GREAT!

In the Vogelwaard there are many places for children to play safely. There is also greenery, the nature gardens and the beach. The houses in this district look alike, but each house is home to a different family. That diversity creates a nice dynamic among the residents.
